DUDE seriously? Your cows are never gonna get bred if you keep second guessing, you need to pull the trigger, buy the semen, breed the cows and wait and see what you get.

dude just breed her back the same way like so many others said if u get a good calf this year out of her just breed her back or start looking at cattle visions and read some of the descriptions on the bulls or if u want someone else who has the experience find someone in your area and have them come take a look at your cattle and have them give you their opinion on what they feel like you should breed them to cause you didn't us a good picture to judge your cow to start with and it seems like u wanna disagree with what everyone is saying on here anyways

Shouldn't there be a bull named "boy amongst man" for you?

I don't know what kind of heifers he would work on.

If she hasn't thrown a good calf yet then breed her to something totally different than you have bred her to in the past.  Not every bull is going to click with every cow, so find something you like that is different than what you have bred to in the past and take a chance.  If she doesn't throw you a good calf then I would ship her and get a different cow that you can match a bull to a little easier.l

You mention she's your best cow and she hasn't thrown a good calf yet. How does that happen?  ???

Can't blame the kid for wanting to learn about all these bulls.

Aren't we supposed to be mentoring the younger generation, or are we supposed to put him down all the time for asking questions?

He's a teenager, all kids go through the stage of in one ear out the other. Don't pick up on things as quickly, but I can't beat the kid up for not understanding certain things. If you gave him the advice once that's great! If you guys/gals get annoyed by his posts, be mature enough to ignore it and move on...

I've pm messaged Carlson back and forth for a while, I believe he has his mind made up on what he is breeding... I think we've gone through every bull in the book and I've gave my opinions... I do believe that he is just trying to start a conversation and trying to LEARN about the business. If not I'm sorry I opened my mouth and wasted your time. I think the bullying needs to stop ( no wonder why people walk into schools and shoot teachers and innocent people.)

I don't mean to start anything or get on anybody's sh*t list or hurt anyone's feelings, but really ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Let him learn and when the time comes he will make his own decision anyways. He wants to raise a winner, you can't blame a kid for going for his dreams!

when the same question is asked for the umpeenth time.

life's a two way street.

the question has jumped the shark and has no meaning or value anymore.

to me the question is as useless as what kind of man does kate upton like?

one who will throw wider hips and narrower waists while keeping everything else the same in their daughters?

at this point it's just funny and not even remotely bullying.

saying it's bullying is bullying itself.
