Mature Bull Picture ...
« on: May 21, 2014, 08:37:00 AM »
This is an updated, mature picture of Rumor Mill as a 4 year-old bull; we are quite pleased with how he has progressed and look forward to his continued usage in herds all across the nation.

On another note, I want to thank those of you who have suggested sire ideas to flush our Trailblazer donor; as mentioned, I do value the information and concepts that are given to me on Steerplanet ...

Thanks again,

I am impressed with how Rumor Mill has matured. In the past few years I have had several occasions to spend some time viewing the bulls being collected at Hawkeye Breeders in Iowa. On most of these visits I have seen dozens of clubby bulls and I can hardly believe how terrible they look as they mature. It is fortunate they got a good pic when they were calves and that is probably why that is the only picture you will ever see in promotional advertising. Rumor Mill in my opinion is just as impressive or even more so, than he was in his younger picture.

I think he could do a lot of good for making show cattle.

Thank you for the positive comments pertaining to Rumor Mill's mature picture; we truly appreciate it.

Here are two pictures of Rumor Mill sired show cattle at Kansas City; the heifer was Reserve Champion Maine-Anjou Division II; the bull was Reserve Champion Maine-Anjou.

Great looking bull Pat! Love his front 1/3 and very rugged masculine for how stylish he looks. Those two calves were very good at Kansas City as well very impressed with the rumor mill calves I've seen the last couple of years.
