nice paper!.

what is the biggest contributing factor to across breed correlation between a SNP and it's effect on a trait?

any antagonism?

and what about those 1200 CPG islands or are you allowing yourself another paper? ;D

do breeds sort based on homo or hetero percent, or some interesting segregation ratio?
