I was looking for some material to use in my class (I teach a college ag history class at a community college and get mostly non-ag kids because it is a general ed class), and came across this video. The first part is about a ranch in Kansas, and they say what has been said on here NUMEROUS times; black hides get more money at market. If you search deeper, there are tons of short clips about all kinds of aspects of the ag industry in the US! (why does the video show up twice when I paste the url in?)
