He's pretty young and it's hard to tell much from this picture but this is what I see. I like his hip, looks like he has the potential to be wide topped. Nice neck and head. Maybe a little course fronted on the shoulders. Clean lines, fed right and lots of love and he could be a nice steer for you. What is he bred from?

he is out of a canadian based shorthorn cow and a just plain old purebred angus bull
