Looks like a stout little rascal!

  How does he move?

What kind of females are you planning on mating him to?

Neat bull, good luck with him!

Thanks! He is stout!
Honestly, I'd like to see him a little smoother moving & track off easier in his rear wheels, as he does tend to get a bit straight, but he DOES still get up and move! (he's not so posty he's choppy....)
Breeding him to Angus females, in hopes to create future 'clubby' mommas. (breeding them up to 1/2 & 3/4 bloods, because i realize calves will be 3/8).  Females he's being put on are clean fronted, deep sided, long hipped that go back to In Focus, New Design & EXT & need more bone & power.

thanks mark! the females bred to him, as a whole, I'd call sound. they definitely move out with ease & cover their tracks without a problem; if anything I might get criticle as a few tend to want to get a little up under themselves... which I CAN LIVE WITH. I'd rather have a female like that vs one that cant cover her tracks at all... JMHO.... the shorthorn is out on summer grass!! I'll try and get a pic next time I go take salt/min out... but I do have an angus female bred sin city that settled for your blue roans (thumbsup) (just informed grandpa of that today... he laughed and said good, another show calf for you to sell for me [im going to start charging commission... hehe])
