He is an August Monoply steer, just wanted to know what people thought of him.

Nice Steer, nice shag on him.

Who was the dam of this steer, cause he has shag thats for sure. Nice Steer.

Unless you're in Ohio, or somewhere with a milder type summer-- I bet not many August calves have seen grass like that yet to this point of life... 

Oklahoma, there wasn't any grass like that around here this year, this picture was taken 2 week ago when we turned him on wheat.

I'm amazed the wheat looks that good, I'm guessing you've had plenty of rain since the drought then???

Yeah been lucky with the rain, hard to find wheat that looks bad around here.

He's gonna make someone a nice show steer!!

I have a hard time seeing him having enough grow to get where he needs to be in the end.  For me thats the 1300lb plus range.  May be the shag but I just don't see the frame needed to there.. G-Luck and I hope he is a high seller for you.

I think he will get there, the picture makes him look really small.
