Last year at the Ohio State fair feeder calf show a nice Q-Dog feeder steer won reserve champion feeder.  He was black and white marked like a short horn.  Real nice calf.

My Qdogs have been really good saleable calves.  I have a few straws left in the tank and I can say with certainty that I will be using it all up this year.  This will be the third year we used him.  They're much easier calving (not small, but ok) than the Heatwaves we've had out of the same cows.  All have been sound and growthy, functional cattle that make good projects.

I have one daughter in the replacement pen and she's an excellent cow prospect.  Not sure what to breed her to, but will figure something out.

BadgerFan, what type of cows are you breeding him to.  Our HW1s last year averaged 125 lbs. Guyer told me Qdogs would be smaller but i am still curious what he works on.  Thanks.
