Very interesting...Two Full Brothers.  SAK Stacked Deck a 2016 model, and SAK Burwell a 2017 model.  Both THF and PHAF!

CAB:

I am interested in trying one of these two full brothers this 2019 breeding season.  Trying to decide on which one?

I read and saw post with pictures from Stapley Ranch.  I live close to JALEBE.

Very interesting!

I saw Summit in stud at Hawkeye when he was 2. Really liked him. I thought that the day I saw him that he was the best bull there including all breeds. I never did get around to using him while he was priced where I thought that I could afford him on my commercial cows so I am trying a little of Burwell along with the Maternal Gem bull from Sokja's. I have kinda sworn off Maines b/c of the lack of interest in MA bred calves at the markets but have some cows that I know will click with some good M blood  :)

CAB,  I am thinking of trying him on 2nd calf heifers where I might use a "Club Calf Bull", do not want the BW and size of some Clubby bulls calves.  I probably keep my cows too fat for some cattleman's thinking.  LOL!  Sometimes in the past I breed the 2nd calf heifers to a more maternal bull.  I have also used bulls such as "No Worries", second time around.  My finely figured out a long time back that my heifers have their whole lifetime ahead of them and I like live calves and cows and prefer not to "PULL"!
