Do any of you Shorthorn historians remember breeders from north Iowa back in the 60's named Lester Luckason or Bob Sherrard? My understanding is that both these gentlemen were involved in raising Shorthorns in our county around that time. We're interested in finding out more about the history of Shorthorns in this area. My wife is actually related to the Luckson family. I'm thinking Sherman Berg or Bert Moore might be able to shed some light on these guys, too!
