LOL. Ours do. All of our cows, except the recips, are former show heifers.

Agreed, it just depends on the cow. Some show heifers are great, some arent great. Some commerical cows are great mothers, some arent. It just depends. Alot of the problem with show heifers is the conditioning. Show heifers that are overly fat can have a hard time getting pregnant, can have problems milking, and delivering calves. If managed well, there is no reason that a show heifer shouldnt be as good as a non-show animal.

The only problem we have ever had was breeding them. Just a Little Fat (lol) But we can usually get them and they make great mommas

I think it depends entirely on the Show Heifer.  There are a lot of short, wide, heavily muscled "Show Heifers" out there now which should be in a Market Heifer class, and should never be bred.
