We have a steer that weighs 1335 and has 4 weeks until his target show.

His feed ration consits of:
70% Corn
4% Molasses
4% Cotton Seed Hulls
4% Beet Pulp
18%  Show Rite Nutri Base

He was getting 26 lbs of this mix with a leaf of hay.

I have slowed him down the past couple of weeks and have added Winning Fill and Stretch to his feed with more hay. Streach and Winning fill isn't cheap could I add more beet pulp instead? Whats the max beet pulp you should feed.

Any recommendations I should do with him to maintain his condition and weight?

I would back him down on the corn and add more fill like the beet pulp and cotton seed hulls. Winning fill is expensive so if you have access to goood hay give him all that he will eat. Is he finished for his weight? If you do not have a weigh back at the show you can also shrink before weigh in. That will take 60 to 100 lbs off.

We just held (slowed down) a steer by replacing 2/3 of his feed with a beetpulp mix, he did just fine, I did have them add protein (calf-manna) just to keep him fresh,
He was getting 6 pounds of grain, 14 pounds of a beetpulp, oats, cotton seed hull pellets mix, 2 pounds Calf-manna, 2 pounds Stabilized Rice Bran, did not hurt him a bit.
We have just fed the beetpulp mix strait as well and did not effect them at all, they still gain some just not near as fast.
I do not see why you could not cut the corn in half and add beetpulp to replace it.
