Really like griswalds simmy bull Houston.  Anybody have experience on him.  Will his daughters make cows and be productive.  How about show ability in offspring.    Any thoughts appreciated.

Yes, I became a fan of this bull before Chris Sweat sold an interest to Griswold's. He had limited use when Chris was sole owner and still had some super offspring. I sold a daughter of his right of the cow last summer that's probably the best I've ever raised , granted I've never raised any big time hfrs, but I was sure proud of her. He also had a daughter that won lots of big shows in Texas ( also a red baldy) and a flush mate brother to her is now being promoted by Chris . his name is rolling hills endevour. He looks and is made real similar to his sire but is a pb instead of 3/4 blood . I don't know how his daughters are performing but I'm sure Chris could tell you. He's a great guy to talk to.

Has anyone used this bull on a heifer? Any info on birth weights?

Assuming this is the bull referred to in this thread.
