That's great to hear from both of you. Really like the looks of that calf FSR!! It definitely sounds like Shell Shocked is proven heifer safe, however I have a question for you both and anyone else that cares to chime in.. I have a super thick clubby heifer that I will be breeding in March or April. I mean she is THICK and had a fairly heavy birthweight in the 90 lb range. What are your thoughts on using him on her? She's got great structure and will be a tank of a cow, I just want to make sure this first calving goes alright. Any thoughts? Thanks for all the info you've provided to this thread!

I will have a better idea after I calve a couple more heifers, but at this point I'd say you could use him and not have to worry about a thing. The breeder is a guy I consider a friend and he has said all of his calves have come small.

All of mine have come TINY! TINY! Tiny! Use him on heifers, they will come TINY! lol. I hope that helps
