Just wanted to say "I wanna be "just average"" like Sal Giunta, an Iowa soldier who is being awarded the Medal of Honor. The first since the Vietnam War.

What a remarkable young man. He represents everything our country NEEDS to be.  Yep, I aspire be "average"  like him.  (If you don't understand, watch the following links)

(Sorry, I don't know how to attach the actual file... if anyone can help.....)

Thank you Mr. Giunta. Thank you.

Have to admire anyone who receives this award.  Few who have earned it, ever see it, their families usually accept the award.

This topic should be stuck at the top for a month or so...isn't it more important than an old post about a server update?

Just say'n <hero>

This kid is and always has been very humble.  I had the privilidge of knowing him when he was a youngester coming to our farm to ride his grandfathers horse that he kept here.  Never dreamed that he would go on to achieve so much in life and be a national hero.  I am thankful for heros like him that put their life on the line everyday so that we can enjoy our freedom.
