Training leg hair

What is the best way to train the leg hair at the bottom of the leg, right above the hoof? My son's steer has awesome leg hair every where but there.

Take a rice root brush and brush until your arm falls off, and then brush some more.

Couple of products that help soften the hair shaft are Olive Oil they make a pudding check ethnic hair section and Revive. Get a mixed synthetic roto brush and roll away. Literally always rolling up and away from the leg with a reversable drill. It cuts your time in half.

Thanks for the tips. I have never heard of the rice brush but I will find one, I did order the rotary brush.
