Trausch's Sale Questions on Lot #3

Saturday, February 11, 2012

Could someone post a little help and assistance from Trausch's On line Cattle Sale today?   ::)

1.)  What did the Lot #3 sell for?  It was a 2002 Model Cow - Conneally Freightliner x Km Heather Bloom 1569, carrying an Embryo by:  Eye Candy x Donor 708.  (pop)

2.) Why did Trausch put an embryo in such a cow?  ???

not sure on your 2nd ?  (cow) but if i had that cow she wouldnt have an embryo in her at all her whole life

I was thinking the sale was through Caldwell Willoughby, but when I tried to check on the sale, you had to go through DV Auction, if I am thinking of the right sale.

Based on her age and the fact that she was carrying an embryo, I'd guess that she was an impressive looking cow that never turned one out that followed her phenotype.

Sorry, It was on Breeders World Sale Site not CW.
