He was in pretty thick with Matt Lautner a couple of yrs ago if my memmory serves me right.

He has not been associated with Matt Lautner in a few years though.  I do know that.

Last I heard MLC owed Tyler's family a ton of money. That's why they called it quits. Not sure if they ever got paid or not. This was a few years ago.

You would be Tony Austin worst nightmare if you could make guys that don't pay..... Pay up!

DSC Tyler's family would be John Trihus and I can promise you MLC owes him nothing.

Does he still own %'s of certain bulls?  You could probably sell his interest on those bulls and recoup some.

You've got yourself quite a list of guys you are asking about.  Are you an attorney that folks are engaging?  If you are, you need to be advertising ways to help people get contracts/receipts when dealing with folks like this in business.  I imagine its like getting blood out of a turnip unless you have your "stuff" right upfront.

No I am not an attorney.  You are correct and we do assist our clients on their process of how they extend credit.  But at the end of the day when somebody makes a handshake deal they are still obligated to pay it whether they have a contract or not.  We collect numerous accounts on a daily basis where our client was lied to or taken advantage of.

Just curious, if your not an attorney, how do you go about getting people to pay up? Because if your not an attorney or a legal official, could they not just tell you to shove it where the sun don't shine? I'm not being a smart a$$, I really am curious of the process in which you use?? I could have used you a couple years ago  <beer>

If I see him in Denver I'll text you a picture and monitor his activities / whereabouts.  There is only one way to do biz in the cattle business - that is the RIGHT way.  All others need to get out.  Just saw there is a club calf guy in IL in federal prison until August for  cattle rip off.
