What am I doing wrong??? (not cattle related, computer related)
« on: November 09, 2008, 07:32:35 PM »
I have spent the best part of three days compiling football pictures into a slideshow and then into a movie, plus added audio (a song), I had to resort to using like
two or three different programs to accomplish this.  First I had to make the slide show, then I converted it to a movie and added audio, that was the easy part, the hard part
was getting it burned onto the correct disc to be able to view it on the computer and also on a dvd player, Im so frustrated, is there a program out there that does all of that???
It turned out cool but my nerves are frazzeled. I might have to do this again for another nephew and was just wondering if anyone else out there does this??

pretty sure you could do all of that on windows movie maker
The livestock (show) industry is a tough one- if you've never had anything worth a damn you might as well go on the internet and rundown everybody you can.

Yeah I did use it but it didnt want to import individual pictures until I made them into a slide show with corel, I never could figure out how to use multiple songs instead of one, and how to
overlay the audio files so that it moves from the end of the song to the beginning of the next song really smoothly

Have you tried the windows movie maker software that comes on most pc's??  It's fairly simple and can do most anything you would need to...

I thought I was pretty good on a computer but this picture thing is hard for me, I sure admire those of you that can edit some of the pictures on here and make them look good,
Im getting too old for that stuff.

to get the songs to blend into eachother you got to drag the song files into eachother and set them to fade in/fade out

I have never messed around with video editing, but it is something i would like to learn.
