In an effort to improve our business we would like to know what you look for in a sale managment company and what are some things that you do not care for. Thanks, RCR

We are way too small to need or afford a sale staff, but if we were needing one -- here is what it would take!

First off, in order for some one to come in and work with my cow herd -- they would need to be several things.

1) Come with impeccable refferences as far as honesty and ethics - as well as just being good hard working people.

2) They would HAVE to be cattle people themselves, no desk jockeys here. You'd have to be a great cow man to come and work with my cows, it takes one to know one as they say!

3) Have the contacts it takes to make it in this business. You can't just paste an ad on the internet and HOPE some body sees it, then reacts to it as well. It takes a following if you will!

4) Finally, I'd have to actually LIKE the people. Would not matter what the cost was at all, business is business in that regard, but if I didn't like being around the folks, they wouldn't be here.

Come to think of it -- that pretty much sums YOU up to a tee!! It might have to come down to who has more patience for the other though, of course we could just settle it out behind the barn !! hehehe -- I might as well concede right now, you're bigger than me!

You're hired if I ever need one pard -- as long as you could put up with me that is!

Things that would not fly here would be promises not even close to being able to come true -- no need for that. No aliens mysteriously bidding (you know what I mean I am sure - it happens), As long as every one is honest with every one else, there really isn't much bad to talk about!

Have a great day Stu -- you deserve it!

Terry
