What are some good options for clubby bulls, that are clean, that will add frame? I have a shorthorn plus cow that is a notch on the small size. Her mature size is 1100 lbs or so. Shes moderate I guess for most people but her calves seem to also tend to be done at the same point. I also would like something that is not a 90 lbs birth weight she tends to have 90+ lb calves when bred to easy calving bulls. She is our only cow that is not a hereford so I am not as familiar with all of my options. She has a very nice undertaker calf on her now which he is an open bar. She is very correct and sound with a pretty front end. Shes just small.

Full flush, friction, yellow jacket are a few.  I've heard bw's on friction can be big however.

If the female has plenty of body and depth of rib, Hannibal is an excellent choice. He will put added size in one. I also found in our experience, Almost Famous makes them a little larger but he is a THC. Few summers ago when I was looking at calves in Iowa, there was alot of Jigsaw. He seemed to put some more size in his calves. Jigsaw calves all kind of looked like in the way they were softer made little sloppy fronted but really easy feeding look.

Could always kick it old school with Total Play Z56.  Adds a lot of frame, very maternal, but cow must be deep sided.  Hanibal's dam was a Total Play

One & Only sure didn't take any frame away on the one's we had but I cannot say that he added any either. I like the mass and bone he added though, and they feed well.

Yellow Jacket's clean, Sunseeker's THC.
Hannibal over the years has clicked very well with SH & SH+. He would be my choice.
