I have to think that regardless of the stringent registration requirements-kids young and old have gotta like some of the x-breds up there we are starting to seeup north.. The shorthorns seem to have made the largest gains in commercial-acceptance-calving ease-and maybe it is because of those breeding practices and certainly some of the other breeds that x-breds seem to work so well-double edged sword- hybrid vigor (yah everybody has a trainwreck here and there) is proof positive you have a good breed of cattle. O0
