Hello, for some reason my old account no longer works, I was previously AgVandal89.
Anyways, while it's not exactly cattle related, cattle is my background and I though this would be a good place to do some digging on the topic here.
I just found out I have a 2nd interview with a Horse Breed Association as their youth coordinator. One thing I was suggested to have ready for tomorrow is some new fresh ideas on ways to improve the program. Currently, they have your stand-by programs such as essay contests, speeches, art, photography and of course all that goes along with their national youth show.
I'm looking for suggestions as to what kind of things you have thought would be good for a breed registry youth organization to provide to better the experience for youth involved. Perhaps ways to involved youth that aren't able to buy the big money animals or afford to truck their animals to the national show. Or, ideas for contests or programs that are beneficial and fun for the youth.
