    Winner, winner, chicken dinner.  I can remember 25 years ago when the Ohio State Fair had like over 400 steers there.  Now it's like 160 head.  Kinda sad.

    I agree with hntwhitetail.  Been using 5 day for several years now.  Never had a problem with seven day, but cows seemed grouped closer with the 5 day.

    Heifers retained from a bull who was a twin, are more likely to have twins.  I hate twins.  If he's used as a terminal sire, I would use him if I liked him.

    Heard a judge at the Ohio State Fair say a steer was "over-presented".  He was a true hairball and was fitted to the nines.

    What kind of trailer hitch do you prefer for Gooseneck trailers and why?

    Gooseneck.  So much more versatile.  They are also cheaper than installing a fifth wheel hitch.  With the B&W hitch you can have your bed back in a minute.  B&W does offer a fifth wheel hitch to fit their mount that goes under the bed.
