Try toe nail clippers..they work really good for us.  we have also used the wart off stuff that sullivans has...if you have a little more time.

Just ordered some of his stuff from Show Stopper before our county fair.  Their trailer is usually on the south side of the beef barn.  They had most of his stuff in the trailer at the Beef Expo this winter.

We use the ring halters from Sullivan's to start out with.  They have more give than they reg. rope halters.  For the really stubborn ones, my husband has made a halter out of wire/cable that he uses to get their attention. (Usually only have to use it once)
