Checking with the breeder is a great idea, then bounce that off a vet.  Circo virus and erysipilis are probably the 2 biggest problems with show pigs.  There are great vaccines for both, usually not necessary if the breeder vaccinated the sows.  We worm with safeguard in the feed about 30 days...

We feed an 18% protein 6% fat with 1.5% lysine, then change at 150-165 lbs to suit the type the body type of the pig.

Just curious why you want to weigh 240.  You might want to think about getting the pigs to weigh what their frame size will accomadate. Just trying to get them to weigh a certain amount may make them look out too small  in a heavier class. We remind ourselves, lightweight classes need winners...
