    What is the best bagged feed in today's market? Have been feeding Show Rite (Throttled Up) the last couple years and the quality in my personal has just diminished greatly!  Nothing like it was.... say 2 years ago!!

I've read posts on here about both products and understand you can't use both in conjuction with one another.  My question...is one more superior than the other or both basically the same thing?

    I've read on here about ppl using the Almanac's "best days"  for "cutting hair to encourage growth" on show cattle. Anyone with personal experience on this? Sounds interesting. Looks like Jan 2017 days are 2, 3, 30 and 31. Feb 3,4,27. Do you just pick a month and do it one time per winter...
