How much is he gaining a day? Without knowing that I wouldn't change it. Say he's gaining 2.5 lbs a day that's 385 pounds so add that to his current weight of 908 and you are only at 1293. If he's gaining 3 lbs a day that will put you at 1370. So you need to figure out an ADG before you change...

so are you saying that he is throwing what you would call a true fat steer? throwing the type that will do much better at the late shows than the early prospect shows?
What type of cows is he working best on or not working on? What's he add or subtract to his calves? How are his females doing in production? Thanks in advance
