I still think you should flush her reverse sort if you want to maximize the flush for heifer embryos. Either way, UM or FNG, the heifers you get will be good cows.
I have to agree with Shortybreeder on the reverse sort, ivf option. You will get more heifer embryos from any bull you choose. S&R Round Table will throw about as much bone as any Angus at a reasonable cost.
I used to raise club calves last century and gave up because of hard calving and disposition problem. Started up again with Angus due to popularity, ease of marketing, and epd products. Recently we have ventured into polled Herefords for family nostalgia reasons and disposition.

He is my choice for second calf heifers and cows. Unfortunately mine this year are all first calf heifers. We will be using MPH Juice Box on those and Custom Made next year, unless reports say otherwise.
OOCC, I would say yes to not showing if it will ruin the heifer. With that said, the best showman seem to also be the best at feeding their cattle. The above advice is good.
