What is the best way to handle a concrete floor?  I don't want the cattle to slip but at the sametime I want it to be easily cleaned.

I am building a barn that will mainly be used for show cattle and was looking for some input.  What are some must haves or wishes that people have for a show barn?  Currently my design is simple, with 4 runs, a wash rack and and clipping area.
