Hello, I'm wondering what temperature you should have a cool room. What seems to be the "magic number" where the calves are most comfortable. I hear some people say 65, others 40.

I'm back... this time with another subjective question  ;)  What would you say is the most competitive Junior Market Beef show in the country? The "Superbowl" or the "Crowning Jewel" if you will. I know Houston is very tough.
