    Bandwagon Calves?

Here is my bandwagon heifer. She looks like she will make an awesome cow I'm very pleased with her. I bred her mom back to him and will use him more next year. She sells tomorrow on SSP. http://www.ssponlinesales.com/cgi-bin/mnlist.cgi?ssponline19/category/ALL Lot 7

    Bandwagon Calves?

I had one in February from a Mabxmaine. I bred her mom back, hoping for another heifer next spring. This calf has a lot of body, good feet and legs, moves really well. I think she could be a really nice show heifer but time will tell.

Barn camera setup I need, is it out there?

So I've got the Foscam Fi9821w and the big antenna and also an expensive wifi extender however I still can get a signal in my barn 300ft away. No obstructions from here to there. I was thinking of putting a cable extension to the antenna and place that outside and cable it to the camera for...

Opinions, suggestions for breeding 3/4 char heifer

Mark H, she is white with a touch of smoke. I am aiming towards a white or smoke, not entirely looking for any loud colors. I am liking the ideas of Wrangler and the 7/8 calf he would produce. I had thought of using I80, but was concerned when I heard hard drive can come out in him and throw...

Opinions, suggestions for breeding 3/4 char heifer

Thanks for the replies. Mark, I do have her registered. I was thinking about using a purebred char bull but I am new to that area, as I have Maine and clubby background. I realize using clubbies would be fighting fire with fire, which is why I'm seeking some help on here. Her dam is a heat...

Opinions, suggestions for breeding 3/4 char heifer

Hey guys, my sister and I own a Firewater x chantel heifer and were trying decide what to breed her to. She's 75% Charolais, a real powerful made girl, good structure and if anything, a little heavy fronted for my picky attitude. Looking for maternal based sires, preferably something that is...

    UNSTOPPABLE

I have always liked Unstoppable. Showed a Uns x pb char (Lt Western Sprur) that was very successful and ended up winning the char division at MN state fair. Judge said he was overall worthy if he was black.. but still very impressive. Ended up buying another steer for this summer, (black hided)...

what is the best option for breeding i80 hfr

I have a couple i80 heifers that I'm using Gucci on. Heard some good reports on him, kind of an unsung hero. If you'd like to keep them Maine and he throws fairly low bw (low 70's, 60's). JMO, good luck with breeding

    Minnaert's Bandwagon

I was wondering if anyone has heard about this bull, mainly regarding BW and carrier status. I've done some searching but have come up empty handed. Thanks in advance

PB Charolais- What to flush this cow to?

I agree, I'm pulling around an awesome Unstoppable steer out of a purebred char cow (don't know the pedigree) but he's got great style and tons of hair. Cool colored too. Good luck on whatever you decide.

    JD 4450

In my opinion, a 4450 would not be enough to pull that kind of tillage equipment. We run all of our rippers and tillage on 4wd tractors that range from 350 to 485 hp. Nice looking tractor though, but may be a little spendy. We have a couple 50 and 40 series JD that run augers, sprayers and...
