I have a heifer that is around 14 months of age and it’s time for her to be bred but I’m worried about her stature... what do you guys think?

I have a 9 month old chi cross heifer. She's gets 6 pounds of feed and 2 scoops of beef pulp each feeding (two times a day) along with hay. I want to know what I can do to soften her up? She looks really "hard" to me. I just slicked her recently to get new hair growth.

My calf is weight 748 right now and he has to be 1000 pounds to make fair in January. He's currently eating about 22 pounds a day. He's on purina fitters edge and a little of the finishing touch.( transfering him to finisher) He's also on a horse weight gain supplement and cracked corn.

Now I need 400 pounds or more in the next 5 months. He's currently weighing in the low 600s.

Okay I will try the finisher. Any other ideas?

Will the finisher stunt his growth and will it be too hot of a feed?

Well I live in Florida so it's just as big here. I don't feed him on Sunday mornings. If I try and give  him a lot he will either eat it all or bloat . Have any of y'all tried appetite express?

This is my simi angus steer. He weighed 955 last week and needs to be 1000lbs by January 28th. What supplements can I put him on to get him a little heavier. I also want to drop his flank. -He eats about 25lbs a day -Full cup of depth Charge twice a day.
