45 is cool, best we can do is low 60s.  But we lack good insulation.

Any adverse effects to doing this?  Is more effective to lower body temp through a cooling room?

How big is it?  Are you going to being store any equipment in it?  The biggest advice I got was go bigger and taller than you think.  Also rollup doors will help keep mice out compared to sliders.

Eye Candy was a good choice, one our best sellers last year was out of an eye candy. Good bone and hair.
