    Start by trimming the toes even,  then every couple of weeks take a shade off the inside.  Don't try to do it in one big trim or you will have problems.  Be easy and stay at it.  You will not fix it 100 percent but you can get it better.

    What should I do?

    What do the droppings look like?  Hard, thin, or what.  Would think the belly is a little off,  we have really good luck with the chaff hay or the ground oat, Timothy, alfalfa at tsc. Mix a little with the feed and wet it,  seems to encourage the belly to get to work.
