    biopryn pregnancy test

I agree with dfm. Very easy and cost effective. Have someone show you how to tail bleed and you are good to go. Simple and fast. Helps us decide on which recip cows we need to set up again that are open after 30 days from when we put in the embryos. We use Biotracking in Moscow Idaho. Hard not...

    walks on water?

I'll try to get a picture of the heifer this weekend and get it put on here. The steer has done left with the new owner so no picture of him.

    walks on water?

We used a little last year. Have an awesome heifer out of him and a grizz x ice pick cow and sold a nice show steer out of him and a friction x jfk cow. I also bred a plain cow to him and had a heifer that almost got to stay. Really surprised at the quality, especially since i do not hear about...

    Money Shot

We have had good luck with him. We use him on second calf heifers and have not had any problems yet. He throws some nice calves. Have two really good heifers out of him currently that we will keep. All we have is clubbie type cattle.

Places to eat at Ft. Worth

I second Uncle Julio's. I think it is called the Cadillac Plate. It is steak and lobster! But they only serve it Thursday? Friday and Saturday. Awesome food!

    Monopoly full sib or son

Personally, I like the looks of Master of Puppets better than Monopoly. Ofcourse, we will have to see if he throws as good of calves. I hopefully will get to let you know next fall.

New to raising steers.. I need your help!

The best feed I have found is Purina Impact. It works great when we wean the steers we are selling. Have not had a calf bloat on it and it is put in a self-feeder. It has a lot of fish oil in it which seems to really help the hair as well as put a little cover on them. The only downfall is it is...

    Early Calves

Same thing here too. Located in central Texas. Have had one 30 days early that amazingly is still alive and might make it. Have lost four so far that were three to four weeks early out of 11 and all have been first calf heifers except three.

    My Turn

Bw's seem to be around the 90-95# range for us but the cows have had them with no problems. Even though they are bigger than most of our others calves at birth, we have not had to pull one out of ten or twelve head. They seemed to be made right for calving. Very nice calves and bred slot back to...

    Paradigm Implosion

I am going to take a SWAG at the new ones and say it is either Mojito or Bullet Proof. Loved both of those bulls at Denver.

    Reverse Cowgirl

Couldn't believe they actually named it that. It's not only kids that you might have to explain it to. My mom didn't know what it meant and still doesn't cause I ain't explaining that one.

Any Walks Alone calves out there?

I breifly talked to a prominent club calf breeder in Texas and he said they lost one that was 120# but the others have all came around 80 to 90#
