You are right I didn't even think about that until I already made myself sound like an idiot. On a side not the Tombstone calves we have are fantastic! They are much better IMO than any Upward descendants I've been around.

AH Captain Jack 6X. He's a Cracker Jack son that we have had great luck making show steers with. We've sold a lot of semen for just that this spring.

Pictured are two of the first Perfect Circle heifers to sell. They were very well received in our sale. I know everyone who has had calves out of him have been really happy.

Clubby steers & young hfrs DO NOT GO TOGETHER! Save yourself a lot of headaches and breed them to a prooven low bw Angus bull.  Every company has a bunch of them to choose from. Pick one that is prooven & has the look you are going for and in about two years think about what clubby bull you want...
