Going in this Thursday with heifers; what can I expect for staging/ waiting to unload?  Any tips?

A friend of mine’s son has a heifer that tends to stick her head forward while being shown. Instead of holding her head up, she extends her neck and sticks her nose in the air. It just looks goofy. I know there are a ton of online auctions, but what are the risks of buying from an individual based on pictures and videos?  I'm looking at a heifer two states over, too far to drive. Buyer has sent quite a few pictures and videos. Anyone ever burned?  What are things I should look for or ask?

For several years we have mixed our feed using AAOK's ration and added Vita firm Sure Champ. This year our Co-op is suggesting using Grand 4Tfyer with our grain and hulls. Just wondering if one is better than the other? Anyone tried both?
