    Stick family auto stickers?

No, those aren't quite what I was looking for. I'll get a pic this week since I'll be seeing the vehicle again. I'll see if I can find out where they got them from.

    Stick family auto stickers?

Has anyone else seen the stick family cow butt stickers that you put on the back window of your vehicle? I really like them, but can't find them online anywhere. Anyone know where they can be ordered at?

    Feed storage

We use the 55 gallon barrels for the goat feed. Two barrels will hold 500#'s, which we go through in under 3 weeks. They have lids. The cattle feed goes in a large or a small water tank that we don't need for water. We have boards as lids to keep everything out. Works well for us.

Round bales vs Large Square Bales

Thanks everyone for the very helpful information. They are just becoming popular in our area. Anyone know of a good hay supplier that delivers to Indiana? I know some companies deliver throughout the USA. Just not sure where to find these suppliers.

Round bales vs Large Square Bales

So we have always fed the round bales to our cattle and used the round hay rings. But I have noticed more and more large square bales being transported on the roads here in Indiana. We have a lot of waste from the round bales, between where they sit outside and then moving them to the cattle...

    beet pulp?

Is mixing heifer developer an option for you? I mix up 500#'s at a time for our one show heifer. She loves it, and it costs us about $100 using our own corn. PM me if you want the formula.

    Calving nightmare

Sorry about your calving nightmare. I don't AI a lot, but am always concerned about calving ease no matter the cow's age or history when I'm breeding to a clubby bull. I just don't want to have to go through what you just did. Hope the heifer does well for you next year.

    goats and ringworm

Cattleman25: We have two bucks that smelled this season, and the oldest one that we used for breeding doesn't have a beard. Some of ours do not grow one, it's all in the genetics, but he still smelled horrible. He peed on his legs and belly, so I don't think that shaving off the beard will work...

    goats and ringworm

I raise dairy goats in addition to the cattle, and I agree. Billy goats stink! Usually only when it's hot, which makes it worse. They stink before and during their breeding season which starts in August. My goats are at a different location than the cattle, but I have never had a ringworm case...

    Wow, Taylor Swift n/c

I'm glad she won, and she sounded great live in concert when I saw her. Reba voted for Taylor for ent. of the yr, and I think Reba knows her stuff.
