Just pull there head down and keep walking him. I had a steer 2 years ago who did that and within a month or 2 he was walking perfectly.

I got 2nd to my BEST FRIEND  who i actually picked her steer out. yes we all believe its b/c of the economy. there was 30 steers that made it. heres some pictures of my steer and the girl that beat me steer(black)

I have a little plastic tool box it has my clippers in the bottom part and the blades are in the verry top theres diffrent little spots each blade has its own spot.
