I have a few commercial style angus cows that I am thinking of breeding to a clubby bull. I am trying to get some steers for my girls to show. The cows need more bone and muscle. What bull would y'all say would best suite for addIng these traits.

Like I have posted on here befroe, we are new to the pig showing. Have a few questions; how often do you worm your pigs (what kind does everybody use), is there any other vaccines that pigs need or any other suggetions? Also what kind of bedding does everybody think is better sand or shavings...

I have a angus cross cow that I need to add some depth of body and spring of rib too. She is excellent fronted, and has adequate muscling (never hurt to have more though). What bull has everyody had luck with while looking for these needs? 

I am looking for a pig diagram. One that somebody could learn the different parts of a hog for judging/showing purposes. I am not looking for just the basic diagram, wanting a in-depth one that covers everything from head to tail. thanks in advance

My daughter came home the other day and asked if she could show a pig. She has been showing steers for 2 years and she said she wants to do the whole pig thing as well. So i agreed! The problem is I have no feeding experience.......so should i start the pig on free choice and if so how long does...

At what age do y'all band/cut y'alls bull calfs that you plan on selling/showing as steers? The reason I ask is I have always waited till they are 5 or so months old, but a guy told me I needed to be waiting until they are atleast 7 months............
