So, what does everyone think of this bull? His son just sold at the Denver sale for $73,000 for half interest. The Lee's sold a few of his daughters in the fall for some pretty good prices. There are only 11 calves registered to his name on the ASA web site. Just wondering what other people thought of him.

I really liked him when Lawrence sold him in his online sale and then had that chance to see him at stud shortly after that...... I was still really impressed with him after seeing him there and actually thought he was a lot stouter than I thought he was going to be.  Really complete bull with good body, hip and feet and legs.  We bought some semen on him that first year when he was originally listed as a purebred but it was shortly after that, that it came out that he didn't test to his dam.  We ended up holding off on using him for flushing just because we weren't sure how he was going to be excepted with the change in his pedigree..... We ended up using him on some commercial heifers though and he did a really nice job... calving ease with good growth and the calves have a real nice look to them... needless to say we did start flushing to him this year!  Really liked the Uprising bull sired by him that sold in Denver as well and hoping semen will be available on him too.. more so because he's a 3/4 blood and gives you the ability to produce purebreds.  Both are really nice bulls though....
