    Jesse James

Have a JJ steer calf out of a Heatwave heifer, born unassisted at 75lbs. Little dude is stout and hairy! We are breeding several heifers to him this spring. I will be ordering 2 more racks of JJ before he goes up. I think he is going to make a big showing this year with I80 semen at its current...

    Which angus bull

OCC Homer, we have used him for years and never had to pull a calf. Probably bred 75-100 heifers to him.

Low birth weight bulls for club calf heifer???

We have used OCC Homer for years. Rocky Balboa has always been good on heifers also. Both of these bulls will make good replacements and pretty decent steers.

Some US breeders missed out- IMO

Really like this guys look! What type of BW are we talking out of him? I would love to see what colors he would throw out of some simangus or Maine angus cows. I will be calling you tomorrow if I can.

You know your breed is in trouble...

Knabe subsidies are real numbers! They really artificially support US crop prices! Lol.

    Clean Heifer bulls

Agree on JJ but if you want to use angus you can never go wrong with Homer.

    I-80 son named Road Trip

Looks like it. He is selling 1/3 semen interest on him Thursday. Wonder how much that will bring?

    Simmental bulls

Climax on all of our registered Angus cows. The heifers are killer out of our OCC Anchor daughters! Had a great one out of an Infocus daughter.

    Climax X Infocus Heifer update

That is our end goal. We are breeding all of our Angus cows to Climax this year. Have about 2 racks of him to use up. We hope to get a lot of these type heifers to change up our clubby herd a little. One of our older Climax heifers is getting bred to I80 or Jesse James this next month. Still...

    Climax X Infocus Heifer update

Not the best pick in the world but here is an update on how she is doing. What does everyone think?

opinions on my other two heifers

OCC Homer is always a safe bet on heifers. Plus makes some really good replacements.

Tiger woods would be my choice.

    Multimin 90?

This is our first year using it. So far highly impressed. Some of our cows that are hard to catch bulling have been coming in really hot. Every cow is the pasture is fighting the gomer bull to get at them. It has made heat detection really easy so far. As far as conception rates, we will see in...
