Thoughts on this Miniature Hereford Heifer?  She's only 8 months old. I'm a little concerned with her upper neck/jaw fat (in the picture the halter is too tight).  I think its still kind of baby fat but not sure. Hasn't been on show feed very long but has put on some good weight since. Thanks!

I think im going to give this a try...So rinse off, comb out, spray this stuff in then blow out? would it be okay to try 1/3 maine & tail/ 1/3 vinegar/ 1/3 kleen sheen? also what type of vinegar should I use? white? distilled?
