Weaver shedding comb. I think is one of the best combs I've used, works amazingly well.

Just wondered if anyone used these two together on heifers and if so if you used regular shag or shag for heifers?

JMO i dnt like slicking them i think the hair that comes back is hard to work with its very course. I'd say just comb, comb, comb to get all the dead winter hair out and you'll be fine... but i know people that do slick in the spring and they are fine with doing so i guess its just personal...

I believe so she was a really marked up cow and the calf is solid black.

We didnt weigh her but she was unassisted just a round about 60-65# forsure not much more than that

Just had a I-80 heifer calf out of a carpe diem first calf heifer.  The picture isn't much but as she grows ill be sure to update pics!

We feed rowe jackpot .49 and we love it. It is a very nice complete feed and seems to give them lots of depth and volume.

jmo I-80 he is clean and his first calf crop is blowing things up!

very nice heifer seen her in person she really balances up well, she has loads of power this will make someone a very good mama!

We have a carpe diem hef at the moment and she is probably the most easy going one in the barn reall laid back can put her on a halter and walk her anywhere

we had a hiefer with the same problem she needed more rib expansion, so we got some depth charge from purina and we started it a couple days before the show and on show day but it definatly made her full and gave her that rib she needed one of the best "fill" supplements ive used
