I have to give a presentation over TH and PHA in the cattle industry and was wondering if anyboy had some pictures of their own experinces with these genetic defects. It would greatly appreciated. You can send them over email if you like to [email protected]. Thanks
I have fed both steers and heifers Umbarger's ever since Ive been showing. I usually start out with Cattle Blaster on the steer and then whenever it gets time to finish him out I switch him over to breeder grower just to keep him fresh looking.
Im writing a paper for my reproduction class and am looking for any information concerning TH and PHA in cattle. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated. If you want to include pictures too, that would be great.
Thanks

I am wanting to get a really nice shorthorn or shorthorn plus steer for next year...one that can compete. Easy hair, structurely sound and big butted.
Thanks
I had a heifer born yesterday and she has to walk on her front ankles. I know its probably from where the tendons havent straightened out yet, but I have heard different opinions on how to help her out. Just wondering what you guys thought would be the best the solution.
We use it more at just a filler. It helps fill the cattle out especially given right before a show if they do not drink water. The cattle really like it. Eat it right up. We feed it everyday about 1/2 pound each time. Then we usually give about 5 pounds before the show, maybe more or less...
we are selling hay right now from 3 to 6 dollars for between grass mix or alfalfa. Were also selling our 4x5 rolls of grass mix or straight alfalfa hay for $20 to $35.
