    Here is a picture.it goes a long way and works out cheap.spout fits in the small holes in osler shears.

    I use a oil that is use a cutting oil.Used by machine shops on metal lathes etc.Zoom spout works great and is made for that application.

    I also have a couple cheaper paramak chargers that I started with.still use them on smaller less serious applications.very handy as they have small battery and solar panel all self contained.

    Buy ground rods and clamps made for them.3 rods 3feet deep 3 feet apart.We have the driest ground ever around here certain times of the year.No issues with ground rods here. .

    I use a 60 mile staffix and a 100 mile gallerger.both have deep cell batteries with a 100watt solar panel.battery always full and lots of juice .

    Timed breeding

    Lots of variables in times breeding.But I seemed to do real well on heifers.last year 8 out of 10 and this year 5 out of 5.Cows I probably hit around 75 %.It can trigger a heat that may not have happened as quick out in pasture with bull.But like I say.too many variables that you need to adress...

    Why show steers

    A steer is what the beef industry is all about. Heifers are kept for the purpose of producing beef. So the steer is the ultimate representative for the beef industry. Showing cattle is a sport and a great sport at that.

    Removing scurs

    A scur is usually soft and can be trimmed down with a side cutter or small hoof nippers. Should not draw any blood if not too big. Some are just scab scurs and some may look like a small horn. I have used some real good scissors too to trim them up.

    Sugar Rush calf

    This calf is off a high % big black simmental cow. Cow is decent fronted but Sugar Rush clearly put his stamp on this calf.
