Do milkman heifers make good cows?

Still having trouble finding someone to haul a heifer.  Is there anybody else that can haul from Ohio to Texas in the next couple of weeks?

Does anybody know of someone who could haul a calf from Ohio to Texas and how much it would cost?

I knew a girl that showed an 11 month old simbrah and got reserve champion and the steer was finished.

I am thinking about using one of these bulls on my Simmental cow to clean her up and add bone to produce show steers but I don't know which one to use, has anybody seen any smilin bobs lately? I haven't heard much talk about him in awhile

Hands down the best calf I have seen in a really really long time.

Yea its going to be cold, only in South Texas where it can be 83 F one day and the next be 23 F.

I agree with silverline about the top 7 or 8 bulls at Denver. I didn't get a chance to go but by looking at the videos my top 7 bulls were the same as his. It really just depends on what kind of cows u have to match up with the best bull for that cow. Now I haven't seen the bull Brass Knuckles yet.

My advice would be to sell her.  I had a really nice simmi heifer with the same problems. We tried AI'ing her 3 times using the cidr and shots( with GnRH at the time of AI) and we also let her out with the bull for 3 months and she never took.  We had a vet and embryologist look at her ovaries...

I really like the mature picture of him, but I haven't seen many calves out of him to justify me using him.
