I personally wouldn't use I-80 on a clubby heifer. If you msg me your cell number I can text you a pic. This calf is hands down our best one on the ground so far... he is going to have a massive front end on him.
Just had one out of a first calf heifer. Weighed 71 pounds...has good bone and a nice top. He was a light pull, but the heifer probably would have been able to calve on her own.
I have not seen that picture, but usually when you see the "wave" like that they are using the cloning tool to remove something. It may be a pile of poo, but it may be shaving a lil of the topline too...it's always best to use your own good judgement.

Use iron on letters from walmart... Staple some velcro straps on it to secure. Depending on the hat you may have to stuff it w/ newspaper to keep a shape.
