    Any ideas on how to keep hair?!??

    I've got a couple of steers that are starting to lose their hair. There's about two weeks left until they show..but at the rate their hair is coming out i'm afraid they won't have any hair left!! They've been in a cool room, we've tried hide and hair, but nothing seems to be working..any ideas?!??

    best fitters

    This is very true....Nobody ever mentioned the familyies that fit there own calves. They might not do a great job at it like all of the "professionals" out there, but really the families fitting there own cattle are the best fitters because they're working together as a team and are creating...

    My dad and I were washing my steer before the local show a couple years ago, well my steer had apparently ate to much that night because i stepped around behind him to rinse his rear off when all of a sudden he coughed and crapped at the same time and ALL of it landed on me!!!!  :( I was covered...

    rap music??

    The only thing good about rap music is it sometimes has a good beat...however the words and meanings to rap songs are ridiculous! I'm pretty sure my momma would wash my mouth out with soap if she ever caught me saying that stuff!

    Odor Conrol at Small Facility

    we take some regular Pine-Sol and sprinkle some of that on the bedding after we turn out the calves for the night.
